These Terms and Conditions of business form the basis of all contracts between Park Farm Food trading as Pig Roast Party or other trading style and the client for services to be supplied:

i) A non returnable deposit of up to 20% of the total estimated final invoice value may be required to secure any booking. All bookings will be confirmed following payment of any deposit and a signed booking form.

ii) The remaining balance will be due in full as cleared funds 4 banking days prior to the day of the event, or by agreement to be paid in CASH on arrival on the day of the event (cheques/cards not accepted on day).

iii) In the circumstance of a cancellation 7 days or less prior to the due date of the event, any expenses incurred by Park Farm Food, together with any loss of profits that could reasonably have been anticipated by Park Farm Food in undertaking the contracted booking, will be considered outstanding and will remain the liability of the customer, payable in full by way of liquidated damages unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Park Farm Food reserves the right to vary the menu if required due to circumstances beyond their control. As far as is reasonably possible, any substitutes will be of equal value and similar to the original item.

Any damage to the equipment of Park Farm Food by the customer ,or their guests, will be charged at the full replacement cost. Depending on the style/type of event, we reserve the right to require proof of insurance cover for all of our equipment, or at our sole discretion and by prior agreement to charge the client for adequate insurance cover at 5% of the final invoice value.

Park Farm Food does not accept any liability for non-completion of the event, or for delays resulting from adverse weather conditions, traffic accident or road closure, civil riots or strikes affecting the trade, fire, flood or other natural disaster, or for any other event which is beyond Park Farm Food’s control.

At their sole discretion and without penalty if Park Farm Food suffer any gross rudeness, or any danger, or threat to their staff, or to their equipment due to drunkenness, illegal drug abuse, any anti-social or illegal behaviour of any kind, Park Farm Food reserve the right to instantly terminate their catering service and withdraw from the venue with the client remaining responsible for payment in full. In these extreme circumstances the client agrees not to hinder Park Farm Food staff and that no claim for financial compensation will be made.
