Our professionally trained BBQ Chefs are skilled in the art of cooking for several hundreds of guests without burning the sausages, or serving the chicken raw in the middle!

“Wallies Wonderous Whoppers”  are a favourite pork sausage that we still have hand made to a 1934 butchers recipe. The flavour and texture is like nothing you can buy today.

Our steaks are moist and juicy, and we create prawn kebabs that even the Australians are jealous of.

Herb infused wood smoked Whole Aberdeen Angus Sirloin a la Manoir
We carefully select and then hang our whole Sirloin on the bone for 31 days. Then we slowly wood smoke (Hickory) these massive whole Aberdeen Angus Sirloins each measuring approximately one metre in length.
This incredible BBQ meal is a sensation to behold, it is a spectacular sight, that is sure to delight all of your guests

The above is also available using finest Aberdeen Angus whole fillets - Price on application at market prices.
£5.00 per head is the basic price and includes: all of the equipment hire, uniformed chefs, disposable plates & cutlery, sauces and your choice of three freshly made salads from the salads bar. Your guests then have fun choosing from your selections from the various options available to you below:
