Hand Made - Super Deluxe Salads

007 Couscous Salad (You’ll be shaken but not stirred) @ £4.75
Freshly prepared couscous with finely chopped parsley, coriander, red onion, zest and juice of lemons and limes,  
de-seeded finely diced cucumber, toasted sunflower seeds, toasted sesame seeds, tossed in extra virgin olive oil,
and finished with freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground black peppercorns. It is a little marvel really.

Charcuterie Royal - A Salad Sensation  @ £7.00
Nutty mortadella, sweet soppressata and smoky, spicy Chorizo, accompanied by apricot chutney, sunblushed tomatoes, queen olives and pickled sweet peppers are served on a platter surrounding a bowl of  cubed Stilton, Feta, Mozzarella and Boursin cheeses with sliced vine tomatoes, broccoli florets, penne pasta, dusted with fine cayenne pepper, over a bed of freshly torn basil, flat leaf parsley, chopped chives all garnished with ground garlic salt finished with grated Italian cheese.

International  Euro Salad - Vine Tomato, Fennel and Organic Watercress Salad @ £5.00
This salad is fresh, crisp and full of flavour – the dressing is made with a splash of balsamic glaze, fresh torn tarragon, English organic watercress, French mustard and wine vinegar  finished with Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Tangerine, Asparagus with Endive and Celery Salad @ £5.00
Balsamic vinegar and Tabasco is the secret of this fruity little salad.

Sunshine Salad @ £4.75
Slices of Buffalo Mozzarella, torn Basil leaves and  sliced Vine Tomatoes with Herb Infused Olive Oil .You’ll
search a long way to find a sunnier, fresher little salad than this.

Wild Jamaican Rice Salad @ £3.50
Don’t ask - just eat! - This is a spectacularly different rice salad with a bite!

ZestyThai Salad (saladzesthai pronounced Saladzesti) @ £4.50
Traditionally made in Thailand in the height of summer, with crisp red peppers, spinach, green onions, and cilantro, herbs and spices, this is a light salad that has its roots in Asia but works just as well in Oxfordshire.

The Kasbah Salad @ £4.75
A combination put together with cucumber, tomatoes, pickled beetroots and carrots all doused in a sweet and sour dressing, this is another salad melding contrasting flavours and textures, originally from Morocco.

Salad Nicoise  @ £5.50
Torn iceberg leaves with diced vine tomatoes and cucumber mixed with string beans, black olives, tuna, anchovy filets, hard boiled eggs and finely chopped white onion, all dressed with garlic flavoured extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, with dijon mustard, salt, pepper and a pinch sugar.
Crisp fresh salads, lettuce, sliced onion, cucumber, tomato and cress all lovingly mixed together and prepared fresh on site. This is what allows us to stand out from the crowd when it comes to catering.

We don’t pre-prepare our salad and serve up a limp leaf, or two. As with everything we do, we take great pride and care in the selection of our salad suppliers,  care in it’s preparation and final presentation too.

A good example of just one of our many  side selections is the fresh asparagus tips served with Jersey Royal potatoes and a wedge of lemon for a garnish.
